Als Lijnmanager ben je in dagdienst (samen met de teamleden) verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de gestelde doelen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid & gezondheid, leverbetrouwbaarheid en techniek van een van de productielijnen, bestaande uit drie teams en circa 35 teamleden. De Lijnmanager zal rapporteren aan Frank Janssen, Operations Manager. Motiveren en ondersteunen van de teamleden. 24 uur per dag mobiel bereikbaar voor teamleden. Initiëren van acties die leiden tot prestatieverbetering. Opleiden en ontwikkelen van de teams. Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten op product- en procestechnologisch vlak. Meedenken en implementeren van oplossingen en continu zoeken naar efficiencyverbeteringen. Zorgdragen voor een optimale kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve personele bezetting. Verzorgen van diverse rapportages en beheren van budgetten. Samenwerken met collega’s van de afdelingen marketing, kwaliteitszorg en R&D. Leanactiviteiten (5s, kaizen, continuous improvement, autonoom onderhoud) Rapporteren aan de Operations Manager. Wij denken aan een kandidaat met HBO werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met diploma, in een levensmiddelentechnologisch of technische richting. Je hebt een aantal jaren aantoonbare ervaring in leidinggevende functies, bij voorkeur in een levensmiddelenbedrijf. Kennis van en ervaring in het werken met zelfsturende teams is een pré. Verder heb je kennis van GMP, HACCP, ISO, de arbo-wetgeving en kun je omgaan met MS Office. Kennis op het gebied van lean management (TPM, kaizen, 5s) is een pré. Deliverables include: Define, baseline, set targets for, and grow an ideal portfolio for Sustainability Solutions within the BU. Accountable for BU contributions to the SABIC Sustainable Product Sales KPI. Engage at least X% of Top OEM’s on sustainability, including stakeholder assessment, needs mapping, and account plan development related to sustainability. The Challenge Develop a value proposition in Sabic IP material solutions by generating several conceptual designs for EV charging units stations. The EV charger market is a new market in the world of Electrical Infrastructure. Depending on the growth rate, OEM’s are looking at developing several Infrastructure Applications/units to connect and transfer electricity from the net to the car. These ‘Electrical fuelling’ stations are typically developed out of steel. Sabic wants to be pro active in generating design concepts that can be produced of Engineering thermoplastics (ETP’s) in the future when bigger series are going to be manufactured. For that we are looking for an exceptionally good, creative, self starting young student designer, who can help generate and develop design concepts for ETP solutions from Sabic IP. Initial concepts or designs need to be discussed and verified with Dutch and European) OEM’s and further OEM projects and design concepts could be developed.
