| Chemisch Operator Beschrijving: Bedrijfsinformatie SABIC Innovative Plastics Iedere dag kom je producten van SABIC Innovative Plastics tegen. Onze hoogwaardige kunststoffen zitten in zoveel producten, dat er niet meer bij nadenkt. De bumper van je auto tot de mobiele telefoon in je broekzak, allemaal SABIC’s plastic. SABIC staat voor Saudi Basic Industries Corporation, een van 's werelds marktleiders op het gebied van chemische producten, meststoffen, kunststoffen en metalen. SABIC is de grootste en een van de meest winstgevende ondernemingen in het Midden-Oosten. SABIC Innovative Plastics maakt hoogwaardige thermoplastische kunststoffen, en dat van zoutkorrel tot kunststofkorrel. In de chemische fabrieken wordt onder andere zout omgezet in grondstoffen voor de compoundingfabrieken, in deze fabrieken krijgen onze producten onder meer kleur en worden ze verpakt om naar klanten over heel de verscheept te worden. Door de diversiteit aan processen zijn er verschillende loopbaanmogelijkheden. Van operator tot laborant en van MBO tot universitair niveau. Op het fabrieksterrein in Bergen op Zoom werken meer dan 800 medewerkers in verschillende afdelingen. Naast de productieafdelingen zijn er ook de onderhouds-, veiligheids- en milieuafdelingen. Zowel de chemische als de compounding fabrieken werken volgens een 5-ploegenschema. Ondersteunende afdelingen zoals utilities, maintenance en EHS verzorgen de randvoorwaarden voor het productieproces. SABIC Innovative Plastics is in 2011 benoemd tot ‘Beste werkgever van het jaar’ door het bureau CRF. Daarnaast won SABIC Innovative Plastics in 2009 de Responsible Care award van de VNCI en werd een van onze plantmanagers genomineerd voor Plant Manager van het jaar. Doel van de functie: Met collega’s, volgens regels en voorschriften, beheersen van het productieproces, zodat storingen/afwijkingen worden voorkomen dan wel snel en efficiënt verholpen. Verantwoordelijkheden/aard van de werkzaamheden: Operating Het monitoren van een volledig ingesteld en met de juiste grond- en hulpstoffen gevoed proces, zodat aan alle productievoorwaarden wordt voldaan. Daartoe o.a.: Volgens instructies opstarten en afstellen van installaties en randapparatuur. Regelen van aanvoer. Bedienen van leidingnetten, menginstallaties enz. Permanente controle en zo nodig bijregelen van het proces, zodat de gestelde productiehoeveelheid en product- kwaliteit wordt gerealiseerd. Daartoe o.a.: Bewaken proces via bedieningspanelen en controlerondes Nemen van monsters en het uitvoeren van metingen Bijregelen proces bij afwijkingen Het snel verzorgen van de eerste actie en melding bij afwijkingen buiten de gestelde normen, zodat stagnatie in de productie wordt voorkomen en zoveel mogelijk beperkt. Daartoe o.a.: Treffen voorzorgsmaatregelen Inschakelen shiftcoach en zonodig andere bedrijfsfuncties Uitvoeren kleine reparaties Vastleggen gegevens Volledige overdracht van informatie over productie en product bij shiftwisselingen, zodat collega’s en management over de noodzakelijke sturings- en beheerinformatie beschikken. Daartoe o.a.: Vastleggen informatie in logboek Informeren en toelichten collega’s m.b.t. bijzonderheden, planning, prioriteiten enzovoorts Oriënteren op alle aspecten van de draaiende productie Volgens voorschriften verrichte schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uitvoeren, zodat installaties en werkplekken in de vereiste staat van onderhoud verkeren. Daartoe o.a.: Uitvoeren demontage en montagewerkzaamheden Wisselen onderdelen Schoonspuiten en reinigen onderdelen Volgens procedures en/of instructies snel en efficiënt uitvoeren van taken bij grotere reparaties shutdowns, testruns, inspecties enz., zodat de beschikbaarheid van de installaties zo snel mogelijk is hersteld. Daartoe o.a.: Uitvoeren speciale bedieningsprocedures Verrichten (de)montage werkzaamheden Helpen technische dienst Algemeen Volgens projectplan een bijdrage leveren aan onderzoek- en/of verbeteringsprojecten, zodat het gestelde projectdoel binnen de randvoorwaarden wordt gerealiseerd. Daartoe o.a.: Uitvoeren deelprojecten (gegevens verzamelen, analyseren, resultaat/voorstel uitwerken) Participeren in (deel)projectteam Rapporteren Signaleringen verwerken tot voorstellen om veranderingen aan te brengen in werkorganisatie of werkprocessen, zodat alle mogelijkheden om productiviteit, kwaliteit of veiligheid te verbeteren en kosten te beperken worden benut. Daartoe o.a.: Signaleren mogelijkheden. Uitwerken voorstel Toelichten Binnen de organisatie functioneren volgens de regels en procedures voor veiligheid, milieu en welzijn, zodat de (Arbo)beleidsintenties volledig worden gerealiseerd.
