Duties include:- Act as legal/business partner for Mobile.international (Germany), Marktplaats.nl (Netherlands) and DBA/Bilbasen (Denmark) and affilated sites, advising on strategy, product, dealer relationships and new initiatives. Coordinate with EU and Global colleagues in specialty areas such as IP, litigation, privacy and commercial. - Manage and coordinate legal work for Mobile.international (Germany) Marktplaats (Netherlands) and DBA/Bilbasen (Denmark) and affilated sites and coordinate with outside counsel where necessary. - Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including marketing, insertion orders and other strategic alliance agreements under German, Dutch or Danish law.
