Account Manager-crm/loyalty/proposition
Beschrijving: Account Managers are the equivalent of Formula 1 racing drivers. You will be responsible, accountable and have the authority to ensure a successful, long term, profitable relationship between Velti and our client. You will take them on a journey, ensuring success for both teams.You will be supported by all of our internal teams from Product to Strategy to Pre-sales to Finance. Your responsibilities will include: • Drive and lead the successful launch of each proposition for the nominated accounts • Work closely with Velti technical teams to ensure successful delivery according to the contract between Velti and the account(s) • Manage the day to day relationships with Account and any third parties to successfully achieve the KPI’s. • Drive the relationship by identifying further sales opportunities that are in line with the Account strategy and plan. • Support Velti Pre-sales and sales team on proposals • Analyze potential areas of interest for Velti (Marketing dept., Loyalty dept., agencies, VAS depart.), etc. • Support sales during meetings to increase impact of local presence • Identify potential synergies with other Velti products (same activities as launching projects), create, with input from Sales, Technology and Delivery, any commercial business models required to justify new concepts and grow the program • Assist sales on invoice set up
